Jackie has enjoyed exercise her entire life. An avid highland dancer, Jackie passed her teachers qualification in 1995. Jackie has always enjoyed taking part in all types of exercise, working out 6 days a week in her late teens and still enjoying regular exercise in her 40's.
Jackie recently took this passion for fitness further and gained her qualifiaction in Exercise to Music (Level 2), Kettle Bells, and Physical Activity for Children (Level 2). She hopes to continue her studies so she can become more knowledgeable to provide the best service she can.
Kim qualified in dance to degree level over 15 years ago and has since been teaching dance to kids and adults of all ages. As her interest in keep fit grew Kim developed her Maxfit class which combines aerobic exercise and circuit training. Kim is a big believer in getting fit for life and that exercise is for everyone and that everyone can exercise.
More recently Kim gained her qualifications in Exercise to Music (Level 2), Kettle Bells and Exercise and physical activity for children (Level 2).
